Supervision

My supervision model is an extension of my approach to therapy, which is integrative and draws on a variety of modalities, including play therapy, somatic and polyvagal work, cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, art therapy, and attachment and family systems theories. All aspects of my practice are deeply rooted in care that is neurodiversity and identity-affirming and honors everyone’s unique identity, experiences, and culture. I approach each individual and system through a trauma-informed lens and work collaboratively with them to develop treatment plans and clinical goals that are affirming and strengths-based. I strongly believe in supporting supervisees not only in their professional and clinical growth but also in fostering the holistic well-being of each clinician through self-care, positive boundary setting, and exploration of counseling identity.
